Our vist to Lard Yao was not a contact visit.
We did enjoy an hour .... but behind the screens.
What is the problem with them ?

Ms. Tittiporn needs a FAX from the embassy before she will
deliver the 40 Kg of food, books and clothes we brought.

She MAY  be willing to allow us a group visit .. or even a contact visit
... IF YOU request it ... otherwise ... none of this will happen.

Buddi and Ramesh will move to #5 ... as a result of a small financial transaction.

noon : WOMEN: 
We waited from noon till 2:30 ... for a 20 minute .. VERY NOISY visit with 
Vishnw and Devi Dawki and Malatii.   
They did NOT allow anything but some books into the prison.
Again,  they are  needing a a FAX from your ofice  ##02-589-5243.

We bought SIX sets of new clothes for the women.
But ran out of money before buying soap, shampoo , stamps ... etc...  '
We will do that in the morning.


I was surprised that the women are forced to work all day for ...
..... 38 Bhat per MONTH ( one US Dollar)
That is even less than a woman can earn in Nepal !!!!
It is also against all UN conventions to force inmates to work.
[[ slave labor is supposed to be extict ]]]]
Please check into that for them !!!!

I talked with Father Oliver and his senior assistant,
Saijit Caldikot .. about Vishnu's pardon .... 
Apparently there have already been THREE attempts to get it completed .. 
Pushing is needed from your office,

3:00  pm BOMBAT:
We did see your Janaury 11 visit documents .. but nothing with our name.
Their FAX is 02-591-3940.   If we have the FAX .. maybe we will see all inmates,.
Otherwise only two.
FAX should also say to allow some small packets of Nepal foods.

THURSDAY-FRIDAY:
BANGKWANG:
We are currently planning to be there .. all day ... Thursday and Friday..
There is a lot to discuss .. and the scheduling is quite difficult as you know !!
I am hopeful of a contact visit ... but ... !#$

DINNER with The Embassy .. and meetings :
It would be great ... Lets plan any day ... after the 3 pm prison closing.
We can meet you at the embassy ... no problem.
Wednesday, Thursday and  Friday are all open!.

We called the embassy and also to Mohan several times today ..
It was not possible to get any contact. 
Our hotel did not have any messages ..

Currently we are scheduled to leave Bangkok this saturday morning.
We wouild need to contact Thai air about changing to Sunday.

WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE:
We leave at 08:30 am for Klong Prem.
Plan morning visit   Lard Yao  building #2 and 4.
Afternoon at  Bombat.
Will swap if Lard Yao "inside visit "  still needs a FAX from your office.

Will call your office from Klong Prem ... at 9 am.

THURSDAY SCHEDULE:
Bangkwang ... "through the fence" meetings ... all day

FRIDAY SCHEDULE:
CONTACT VISIT BANGKWANG .. I Hope !!!

SATURDAY SCHEDULE;
7 am leave for the air[port.
