Writing to Government Officials

Always write your letters with the understanding that you want to help your prisoner(s).


RULE #1 : Remember the Hippocratic oath "Do thy patient no harm". Do NOT aggrivate the people in charge of the prisoners !!!! Letters must support the prisoner and the governmnent. Neither tear down nor abuse, even when justice is slow. Quoting a famous prison activist : "Justice is a very old lady, walking slowly, useless to run, she can't follow you. If you want to convince her, give her strong arguments and don't push her too fast."
Rule #2 : Include as much detail as you feel comfortable about.
