Contact visits are arranged through the kindness of the Nepal Embassy in Bangkok.
These are the men to call:  They must send the permission letter to:
the Dept of Corrections ; 222 Nonthaburi #1 Road ; Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.

Give them your:
  1) name  [spelled exactly as on your passport] 
  2) nationality
  3) passport number.

CAUTION : 
  They do not read mail or e-mail .. you must do by phone.
  They DO NOT follow up by phone ...
  Make several  follow-up calls  ... be sure they are doing it.

After that .. Better to call to the prison office ... to be sure ( see numbers above )!

Thai Department of Corrections :
   Call them one or two weeks ahead to be sure they have the permit completed.
   If not completed ... call the Embassy ... and GOOD LUCK !
